When i was subscribing some addons or whatever you call it , i was stuck at downloading addons as it says "0 of 1 Items complete" however when i open gmod, it's fine and every addons i subscribed into this game syncs, but the weird thing is, i'm stuck at downloading workshop addons, i tried restarting my pc and steam but still no clue, if you have this problem or probably know how to fix it, help is appreciated.

I got the same problem too.. This also happend to me once maybe twice But somehow it just fixed itself,so maybe try to be patient and wait for a couple of days not with the game on though and maybe it will finish download. Or try to unsubscribe the addon that is trying to download,start mod then exit,resubscribe the addon and then start mod again and see if it fixes.
